discipleship: day 17-20

is it just me, or is today just a beautiful day?
one thing that i love about the rain the most
is the bright and sunny morning that comes after.
with partial clouds scattered across the sky and
a light cool breeze that flows throughout-
i could not ask for a better saturday. perhaps
it may be the fact that i am now officially
done with taking the sat tests that is causing
me so much relief that i could run two, no, three
miles without a care in the world.

identity in Christ is essential to our walk with God.
If anyone is in Christ, he is the new creation; the
old has gone, the new has come. 2 Corinthians 5:17
what then, does it mean to have identity in Christ?
what defines you as a person, your words and actions,
and who you are should all revolve around Christ.
take from His teachings and pray earnestly to God
that He will shape and transform you according to
His sovereign will.

i will not be satisfied until my heart is completely
surrendered to You and i cherish my relationship with
You above all things. Jesus, the authority of Your
forgiveness is absolute. no one can condemn me,
because You will not condemn me. thank You.
